Return & Refund Policy
At TMeds, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Below are our updated policies on order processing, delivery, and returns:
1. Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, TMeds will send a confirmation email. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a second email confirming that your order is being processed for dispatch. If there’s any issue with your payment, we’ll notify you at the earliest via email.
2. Shipping Confirmation
Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. This email will also provide a support option in case you prefer phone assistance. Delivery is available to residential and commercial addresses.
3. APO and PO Box Deliveries
We support deliveries to APO and PO Box addresses, provided those options are available during checkout. Please ensure your primary address is entered correctly.
4. Customs Clearance
As TMeds ships internationally from India, all shipments are treated as imports in your country. In some cases, customs processing may cause delays. Most delays are resolved within a few days.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days depending on your location and local courier service. If your order has not arrived within 15 days of shipping, please email us at tmedsusa@gmail.com.
6. Lost Orders & Reshipments
If your order is lost in transit, we offer either a free reshipment or a full refund—your choice. Please report any undelivered order within 20 days of the shipping date. Requests made beyond this period may not qualify for a refund or reshipment.
7. Returns & Refunds
If your order does not arrive or you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund or replacement. Refunds can be requested after 15 days from the date of shipping.
For product returns, items must be:
• Sealed and unused
• Unopened
• Not past the expiration date
• In resellable condition
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed accordingly. Our return policy is standard for all customers and ensures fairness and product integrity.
